Recent Project

Two-family Waterfront Cottage in Scituate :
Work included: This project was quite unique. The scope of work included the complete demolition of the left side apartment while taking the necessary care to protect the adjoining apartment from potential damage that could be caused by the demolition. The demolished apartment was reconstructed and the other was renovated. This work had to be performed during the off season; work began just after Labor Day and was completed prior to the following Memorial Day weekend.
